What started as an appreciation for the objects that give a room personality became a collection of hand-painted paper shades — simple pieces made a little less ordinary.

The collection takes its cues from the places, rituals, and details that make everyday life feel good: open windows, late-afternoon light, old houses, summers by the water, and rooms that feel collected.

Made for slow mornings, late afternoons, and doing absolutely nothing.

Behind Slow Mornings

After years of designing behind a screen, I found myself wanting to make something more tactile — something shaped by hand, a little imperfect, and full of character. Slow Mornings became a way to bring together my love of making, thoughtful spaces, and the everyday objects that make being at home feel good.
