Refund policy

All Slow Mornings purchases are final sale. Because each shade is painted by hand in small batches, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Each piece is individually made, and slight variations in color, brushwork, placement, and finish are part of the handmade nature of the shade and are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at slowmornings.shop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Please keep all original packaging until your claim has been resolved, as it may be needed for a shipping carrier claim.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Paper shades are delicate by nature and should be handled with care. Slow Mornings is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery due to handling, installation, storage, or use.
